Seven Major Downtown Projects About to Break Ground

Vista Brooklyn

Cranes will be headed back to downtown soon. Vista Brooklyn, a 10-story, 308-unit apartment building at 200 Riverside Avenue in Brooklyn is expected to break ground within the next month. Located between 220 Riverside and the Brooklyn Station retail development, the $55 million project also includes 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Main and Forsyth Garage

A permit was issued for the construction of a $17 million, seven-level parking garage on Forsyth Street between Main and Laura streets. Containing 807 parking spaces and ground floor retail space, the garage will replace the last surface parking lot on Laura Street between the Jacksonville Landing and Union Street.
