Additionally, the long-stalled East San Marco project has finally gained momentum. A trio comprised of ArchCo Residential LLC, Whitehall Realty Partners LLC and Bluerock Residential Growth REIT is close to completing the sale from Regency Centers of a 4.33 acre site just down the road from the Florida Baptist Convention property. After the close of the sale, construction is expected to begin immediately on a multi-use, midrise building consisting of 239 apartments and 46,000 square feet of retail space at the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Hendricks Avenue.
