Alliance Residential has recently broken ground near the Florida Baptist Convention site on the Broadstone River House, a 263 unit, midrise apartment building along the St Johns River. Element Development is expected to close on nearby land by the end of 2016 and begin construction on The District: an ambitious, multi-year development of a 28.5 acre riverfront site to include 1,200 multifamily residential units, 150,000 square feet of retail space and 200,000 square feet of office space.
