Downtown Minneapolis
Nicknamed the “City of Lakes”, Minneapolis is the largest city in Minnesota and is known for its cold winters. Anchoring a metropolitan area with more than 3.7 million residents, the city along the Mississippi River was incorporated in 1867.

The Commons is a 4.2-acre urban park covering two city blocks. The $49 million park opened in July 2016.

The EDITION Apartments
The Hennepin County Public Safety Facility is located across the street from the EDITION Apartments and Wells Fargo’s East Town towers. Also known as the Hennepin County Jail, the 499,999 square foot building was designed to house 270 inmate cells.
