41. Strings Sports Brewery
Adeeb Properties LLC is in the process of converting 1850 North Main Street into Spring Sports Brewery. The sports-themed microbrewery will include 4,764 square feet of indoor and 2,497 square feet of outdoor space. The space will also include a restaurant called Strings Street Fare, serving traditional Southern dishes with an eclectic flare.

42. UF Health Proton Therapy Institute
The UF Health Proton Therapy Institute is in the process of a $39 million expansion that will increase the facility’s size by roughly 10,000 square feet. Expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019, the project will also increase the facility’s capacity by about 150 to 200 patients.

Save Dancey LLC. continues to restore Dancy Terrace’s 24 historic bungalow houses. Dancy Terrace is located just east of Main Street between 9th and 10th Streets.
44. Dr. Horace Drew Mansion
245 West 3rd ST LLC. is in the process of restoring the Dr. Horace Drew mansion overlooking Klutho Park at 245 West 3rd Street.
45. 1748 Bakehouse
1748 Bakehouse will be an artisan bakery and restaurant joining a resurgent Main Street commercial district in suddenly red-hot Historic Springfield neighborhood. The concept was born from the kitchens of (most recently Flour and Fig) My Grandmother’s Pie and Provision Goods created by Allison and Kurt D’Aurizio. Located in a former pharmacy at 8th & Main, the 1,500 square foot eatery will serve a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu featuring dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. In addition to a rotating menu, a retail area will sell baked goods, locally grown produce and various in-house, artisan food products. In an effort to quench a variety of thirsts, coffee, local beer, wines, kombucha and a limited craft cocktail menu will also be offered. 1748 Bakehouse could open in early 2019.
46. Southwest Quadrant of 7th & Market Streets
TerraWise Homes is in the process of constructing nine new single family residences at the intersection of 7th and Market Streets.
47. Boys & Girls Club Teen Center
Work on a $2.5 million Boys & Girls Club Teen Center at the intersection of 10th and Liberty streets continues to make progress. When complete, the space will include a restaurant, gym, robotics lab, recording studio, a rock climbing wall, art studio, and several vocational programs.
