Mike Goodman opened 23 Flavors in a small space in Cedar Hills, right off Blanding Blvd. The small space primarily caters to take out orders, and a steady stream of customers typically cycle through the doors from dinner until late night. The name signifies the 23 different flavors of chicken wings, but the food offerings go well beyond Jamaican jerk and Cajun ranch wings. A staple of soulfood favorites are complimented by high end nightly specials including lobster, tilapia, shrimp fried rice and scallops.
