16. The Strand
At the intersection of Town Center Parkway and Gate Parkway, The Strand is a 45-acre mixed-use project under development by Preferred Growth Properties. The largest of the current Town Center Parkway developments underway, The Strand will include as much as 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 400 hotel units and 500 multifamily residential units at build-out. 17. The Crossing
Located on the west side of Gate Parkway, The Crossing is a 9.3-acre development being built by Preferred Growth Properties. Its tenants include:

18. Bottlenose Brewing Company
Bottlenose Brewing Company aims to satisify the craft beer craze when it opens soon in Tinseltown. When complete, the brewpub will feature a 3-barrel system, high-quality food and 50 taps focusing on craft beer from around the state.

19. Village Commons
Rimrock Development is building a 12,000-square-foot shopping center called Village Commons at 4490-4492 Southside Boulevard. Announced tenants include AT&T and a 3,400-square-foot First Watch restaurant.

20. Carvana Car Vending Machine
Phoenix-based Carvana is in the process of constructing a Carvana Car Vending Machine at 4777 Lenoir Avenue. When complete, the 8,524-square-foot, five story tower will stretch 75 feet in height.
21. 8540 Baycenter Road
JFCS Realty Inc is in the process of renovating this 30,028-square-foot office building at 8540 Baycenter Road.
22. Cypress Plaza Business Warehouses
32.63 acres owned by Cypress Plaza Properties, Inc. is in the process of being cleared for the development of business warehouses. The site is located between Philips Highway and Baymeadows Way, just south of Cypress Plaza Drive.
