2. The Loree Apartments

The Loree Apartments will be 300-unit apartment complex on the southwestern side of JTB and Southside. A development of AC Parker, LLC and LandSouth, construction has already began on the 15-acre site. The $28 million Loree Apartments will include 15 different buildings with either 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartments. The units will include open floor plans, private balconies, laminate wood flooring, and island kitchens. The anticipated completion of this project is by the end of summer this year. The Loree Apartments will be located at 8649 A.C. Skinner Parkway.
