2. Baptist Health
Baptist Health is developing a 40-acre medical campus at the northeast corner of the I-295/Dunn Avenue interchange. The initial phase will include a medical office building, an emergency center, imaging and lab services, a Baptist Primary Care office and specialists’ office space. A second phase could result in the addition of an ambulatory surgery center.
3. Lakeview at River City Apartments
The Klotz Group of Companies and Tierra Linda Development, LLC. plan to begin construction on Lakeview at River City this summer. The 324-unit luxury apartment complex will be situated on 40-acres between Broxton Bay Drive and Cole Road. The gated development will include 64 three-bedroom, 178 two-bedroom and 82 one-bedroom units.
