Sights and Scenes: Historic Springfield Tour of Homes

Sights and scenes from Historic Springfield's 2017 Tour of Homes. The 39th annual Tour of Homes is a two-day event hosted as a way to show off the progress (and opportunities) in Jacksonville's Springfield Historic District. Hosted by Springfield Preservation & Revitalization (SPAR) Council, the 501c3 grassroots organization works towards preserving the unique character of the neighborhood, while facilitating its revitalization and building community.
