795 East Long Street is a four-story, mixed-use project being developed by Metropolitan Holdings. Called “The Ogden,” the project will include 72-apartment units. The developer worked with the Bronzeville Neighborhood Association to refine the project’s design and name, which was the original name of the historic Lincoln Theatre next door.
