East Village Neighborhood

The East Village Neighborhood is located along St. Johns Parkway, north of the future path of the First Coast Expressway. The First Coast Expressway is anticipated to be built through the development and completed in 2030.

SilverLeaf Village will contain 467 single family homes at build-out.

The SilverLeaf Amenity complex is located in SilverLeaf Village.

SilverLeaf HartFord will contain 200 single family homes at build-out.

Nearing completion, SilverLeaf Commons is on pace to become the first commercial development within SilverLeaf. When complete, the retail center will offer 55,950 square feet of gross leaseable commercial space.

When completed, the Holly Forest subdivision will include 143 single-family homes and 210 townhomes.
