Beachside High School recently opened for the 2022-23 academic year within the Beachwalk development. The school is designed to accommodate 2,100 students.

The Elysian Premier Apartments

The Elysian is comprised of 348 luxury apartment residential units. The Elysian was originally known as Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments Phase I.

Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments Phase II

Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments Phase II is a $33.4 million project that started construction in August 2021. Featuring 298 apartment units, the 391,000 square foot multifamily project will be completed in December 2022.

Beachwalk retail

When complete, Beachwalk will include 187,000 square feet of prime retail space along County Road 210 and the development’s 14-acre artificial lagoon and beach. Future tenants include the Fysh Bar & Grill, Whiskey Joe’s, Bagles R Us, Tijuana Flats, Daybreak Market, BurgerFi, Island Poke Fin, Kilwins, Lowe’s, Wawa and a 130-key Margaritaville Hotel.

In addition, the developer has invested $35 million to widen County Road 210 from two to six lanes.
