The 11.5-acre plant is located on West Beaver Street, just west of Cahoon Road. The plant’s buildings date back to 1965.

Kamps Pallets Inc. at 7779 Hammond Boulevard. Founded in Grand Rapids, MI in 1973, Kamps acquired Marietta’s Pallet Express, Inc. in August 2022. Pallet Express, Inc. was a family-owned regional pallet company that specialized in pallet removal, pallet repair, and custom pallet design.
Interstate 10 at Cahoon Road. The first section of Interstate 10 in Florida was completed between Jacksonville and Sanderson in 1961. This project included the construction of the highway through Marietta.
The Marietta Church of God sanctuary, located at 8076 West Ramona Boulevard, was built in 1977.
