Second Floor

The second floor of 318 Broad Street was initially used as furnished rooms. Rooms were located on the second floor of the brick construction commercial building and the older frame residential dwelling in the rear of the property. The frame residential structure was built as a replacement for a house destroyed by the Great Fire of 1901.
