eTown is a 1,500-acre, master planned community adjacent to I-295 East Beltway between Baymeadows Road and State Road 9B. Being developed by The PARC Group, eTown is being built on four principles: community, technology, convenience and sustainability. The PARC Group’s vision is to develop a community that equally balances development with the natural environment.
Offering Zero Energy Homes with smart-home technology and eco-friendly features, the planned community includes several trails and parks while attempting to preserve fifty percent of its acreage to the area’s long leaf pine habitat. Of interesting note, eTown’s neighborhoods are named after renowned inventors and innovators as a part of the developer’s effort to be forward-thinking. Eventual plans call for a village center featuring shopping and dining.

Known as The Hub, it features a gourmet cafe, traditional and co-working offices and gathering spaces with outdoor seating.
