Before and After: JEA Headquarters

Under development by the Ryan Companies US Inc., construction at the new JEA Headquarters in Downtown Jacksonville is nearing completion. The seven-story, 153,000-square-foot build-to-suit project, which features large windows and open floor plans, is projected to be completed in 2022. The 125-foot-tall Class A office tower also includes a seven-story 630 space parking garage and street-level retail. Located at 225 Pearl Street, the new building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and WELL Building standards.
