General Information

DDRB Application 2017-010 is before the DDRB seeking conceptual approval for the proposed multi-family project located in the South Bank of the Downtown Overlay. The residential portion of the project is located with frontage on Kipp Avenue and Home Streets. The project proposes a four story apartment project for 143 rental units with associated courtyards and recreation activities. There is also a new three story parking garage located adjacent to the new residential apartment with access from Louisa Street frontage buffering the residential units from Interstate I-95 which is immediately south of the project.
