RD River City Brewing

The eight-story, 328-unit RD River City Brewing apartment project will include a 511-space parking garage. Proposed for the site of River City Brewing Company, the project will include a 5,000-square-foot restaurant overlooking Friendship Fountain that will require separate DDRB design approval. Here is the presentation illustrating the project’s latest proposed conceptual design.
