Currently under construction, Core Property Capital’s Town Center Promenade is the first of several major retail developments anticipated to pop up around St. Johns Town Center over the next 12-24 months. This 30-acre mixed-use development will include 100,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 350 multi-family units and 150 hotel rooms. Anticipated for delivery in spring 2017, announced tenants includ Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Texas de Brazil, Piada Italian Street Food, Newk’s Eatery, Starbucks and Aldi. Town Center Promenade will be located on Town Center Parkway between Midtown Parkway and Brightman Boulevard, across the street from St. Johns Town Center.
