2. St Augustine Distillery

Learn about the history of ice and distilling in Florida by taking a free tour of the St. Augustine Distillery. Located in a historical ice plant dating back to 1917, the tour illustrates how the company mixes, mashes, cooks and distills small batch vodka, rum, gin and whiskey.

Then guests are provided the opportunity to sample a small batch of the distillery’s spirits. Tours are provided every 30 minutes, 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, the first tour starts at 10:30am and the last tour starts at 5:30pm. On Sundays, tours start at 11:30am and end at 5:00pm.
