Highlights

The Jacksonville Jaguars have proposed a $441 million project adjacent to TIAA Bank Field. The plan would include a football performance center, Four Seasons Hotel, 100,000 Square foot Class A office building, marina, retail/restaurant space and a 42,500 square foot Baptist Health Orthopedic Sports Medicine complex for the team. The team would also “adopt” Metropolitan Park for 20 years and invest $4 million to upgrade and keep the space maintained as a public park.
